Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our mission at Benayato. This policy describes how we handle information in the Benayato Site Notes application.

1. Minimal Data Collection

At Benayato, we believe in "Privacy by Design." We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

2. Local Storage (Your Professional Work Stays Yours)

All site-reporting data you create—including project details, photos, voice notes, and drawing pins—is stored locally on your mobile device only.

• We do not have a central server for your notes.
• We cannot access, view, or share your professional site reports.
• If you uninstall the app or delete a project, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

3. Analytics and Performance Data

To improve the professional tools and ensure app stability for site visits, we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring (provided by Google Inc.).

The data collected is pseudonymous and includes:

• App Interactions: Which features (e.g., PDF Export, QR Generator) are used.
• Diagnostics: App loading times, crash logs, and battery performance.
• Device Identifiers: Anonymous installation IDs to count active users.

This data helps us prioritize feature updates and fix technical bugs. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Permissions

The app may request access to:

• Camera/Gallery: To attach site photos to your notes.
• Microphone: To record voice notes.
• Location (GPS): To automatically tag the coordinates of your site notes.

Note: This data is stored locally in your app's database and is never transmitted to us.

5. Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data:

• Local Data: You can delete any project or note within the app, or uninstall the app to perform a complete wipe of all local data.
• Analytics Data: To request the deletion of your anonymous analytics history, please contact us at support@benayato.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy as we add new professional features. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
